Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Timeframe:
  • Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds can be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
  1. Return Conditions:
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging.
  • A purchase invoice or proof of payment must be provided.
  1. Exceptions:
  • The following products can only be returned or exchanged in case of a clear manufacturing defect:
    • Underwear
    • Swimwear
  1. Promotions and Gifts:
  • Products purchased during promotional offers can be returned or exchanged within 7 days only.
  • Any free gifts received with the original order must also be returned.
  1. Refund Method:
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method, or they can be converted into store credit for future use.
